Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or in cases of unusually high order volume.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently sell primarily to customers in the United States. We may also ship to selected international destinations, subject to availability and local shipping restrictions.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7 to 15 business days
- Other countries/regions: 7 to 15 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders over USD 99.
Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Customs Duties and Import Charges
Customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges, where applicable, are covered by the seller based on our current shipping policy.

6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at sales@lumipupshop.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

8. Delays
Delivery times may be affected by customs checks, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high shipping volume, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us at sales@lumipupshop.com. We will review the shipping status and assist where possible.

10. Products with Charging Components
Some Lumipup LED products contain charging components or electronic elements. Shipping methods or delivery times may vary in some destinations due to carrier or transport restrictions related to electronic products.
