Customized and Special Offer Items
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong color, style, or size. All customized items are made to order and cannot be resold.
Other Items
We offer exchanges for non-customized items, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, undamaged upon receipt, and without any attempted alterations or drops.
- Returns must be completed within 14 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that all shipping and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility. You assume the risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email sales@lumipupshop.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We pride ourselves on the high quality and durability of our products and have consistently received praise from our customers for their durability. However, our products are not indestructible—please ensure your pet does not chew on items such as collars, leashes, and harnesses.
